Frequently asked questions

Anything that's weighing on you — anxiety, stress and burnout, self-esteem, relationships, becoming a parent, grief, or simply a sense that things feel harder than they should.
You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from therapy. If something has been sitting with you for a while, an initial conversation is a good way to work out whether it's a fit.
